As a catalyst between Art and Technology AQUARK invites you to participate in the Open International Video Art competition "AQUART 2100: OUR LIFE IN THE OCEANS" as the first competition that AQUARK organises after the 1st AQUART "Role of fish and sea in the Greek art throughout the centuries" organised in May 2005 in Hydra Greece.

AQUARK invites you to imagine, visualize and present your vision of our life in the oceans in 2100 finding pathways between art and technology.

We envisage further to the VideoArt competition creating a virtual gallery / platform focused on the oceans and our relation and future in them, for exposition of works from young artists to a global audience.

We invite All artists to imagine, visualize and present their vision of our life in the oceans after a century. We urge you to note carefully the terms of the competition, register and submit artworks. We are excited to create an artistic community inspired by earths oceans. Come aboard!

    In Late 2010 when AQUART 2100 will be re-launched, Companies related to Oceanic Technologies or those which have intense interest on Management of Aquatic Resources will have the opportunity to see all the submitted works in the future web site up and possibly request to utilize them in their future commercial campaigns and projects after agreement on intellectual property rights with AQUARK and the artists.

    LEGAL TERMS - GENERAL

    Any dispute on the terms and the competition realisation is resolved by the Selection Committee and permanetely by the Competent Greek Courts applying the Greek Law.
