Any dispute on the terms and the competition realisation is resolved by the Selection Committee and permanetely by the Competent Greek Courts applying the Greek Law.

Especially in the case that there is suspicion or solid data proving electronic or other type of fraud that alters part or the whole of this competition's final outcome; or there are extreme technical difficulties that render prohibiting the Competition realisation, the Organiser maintains the right to exclude permanently any legal or physical entity from the submission procedure or the voting procedure or even to cancel or to terminate the competition without any cost , at any given time point and without any warning.

The organiser does not take any responsibility for any failure during the projection/presentation of the art works, if this is due to superior force or causes that are beyond their control. Under no circumstances the candidates have any right to demand from the Organisers or the Selection Committee any refund or compensation for their participation in the competition or due to any other liability.
