In addition the participants accept to add the logo OUR LIFE IN THE OCEANS in the beginning of their work in every projection, presentation that will take place during this competition and the virtual exhibition and they totally agree that this will not be considered as intervention or change in the content of their work.

The participants take the full responsibility against the organiser that they have all the Intellectual property rights or other related to their work rights and in all cases they are responsible excluding the organiser by any such claim based on the above issue.

The participants also allow the organiser to use their names, photos, bio data that have been submitted with the art work, without any payment demand, in order to support the organisation requirements. The participants allow the organiser to use part or all of their work in order to create promotional trailers for the presentation requirements without any payment demand. In parallel the winners of the competition state that without any payment demand, give the right to the organiser to use part or the whole of their work for the development of promotion material that support the organisation requirements for one calendar year from the date of the award ceremony.
