The Committee's decision is based on the absolute majority of all the members.
The Committee retains the right according to a fair and objective opinion not to give award one of the awards. Works of art that offend human dignity or support discriminations against individuals or groups of people based on behavior, race, or nationality are not eligible for participation and are immediately excluded. Works of art that contain messages against groups or nations, pornographic material, direct or indirect consumer or other product advertisements, material that is product of illegal actions, pictures or messages that offend national or religious symbol's are immediately excluded by the competition.
