If art were ostracized from the world we live in, we would have lost the visual field of man's fantasy, in his effort to explore and dominate the world. The success or failure from his activity in the sea became one of the reasons to create scenes of terror or happiness, of joy or sorrow on ancient vases, walls and on every day objects. From ancient days until today, the artist, capable of moving between illusion and reality used the Fish as a decorative motif, as a symbol of life and plentitude, as an allegorical and figurative element in his works. Hundreds of images of fish created a cultural tradition through which the genius of the artist unfolds, in order to develop his poetic thinking and decipher the paradoxes of the world.
